  • ONE NEW AUDIO PRACTICE EACH WEEK Building a new foundation of trust for your life happens the way a stalagmite is formed – slowly and consistently over time. So EACH WEEK YOU'LL HAVE ACCESS TO ONE NEW PRACTICE – not too much to keep up with, but enough to live with during the week, reflect on, and ease you more deeply into the possibilities of your daily life. The practices of TEPP cannot take root with a 'listen once and move on' approach. We grow into them as we revisit them. Behind their simplicity is a rich realm of deepening layers to be discovered.

  • A LIBRARY OF AUDIO PRACTICES The membership offers over a hundred unique practices that Philip has created. They are designed to carry you incrementally into the deeper harmony of your body's intelligence, and are organized into themes that are directly relevant to how we move through our days – themes such as Alleviating Anxiety and Quieting the MInd. As your access to this library grows, you can return to any of them as often as you'd like.

  • MASTERCLASS Learn from Opening to Your Body's Deeper Intelligence. In this 45-minute video, Philip takes you on a tour into the terrain of the body's intelligence, and through the various ways in which our culture tacitly teaches us to mistrust it. This overview will impart every TEPP practice with a relevance that will help you ground it in your daily.

  • PELVIC FLOOR BREATH VIDEO Breath is foundational to spiritual practices around the world. There's a good reason for that: breath puts us in touch with our being. Unfortunately, the pattern of breathing in our culture is muscled and constrained. This pattern largely ignores the ability of the body to release to the breath – an approach that returns us to the way a baby breathes, carrying us into wholeness. The Pelvic Floor Breath is fundamental to true embodiment.

  • A GROUP ZOOM CALL with Philip each month, where he shares a new practice and answers any questions you might have about the work. (These take place on a Tuesday at 3pm ET North American time). Each new practice is recorded and added to your library.

  • A GROUP ZOOM CALL with a TEPP Facilitator each month, where a new practice is shared, and members can get together with each other to discuss their experiences in breakout rooms. (On a Tuesday at 3pm ET North American time).

  • VIDEOS FROM PHILIP sharing reflections from his eleven journals (dating back to 1983) or answering questions from the membership.

  • WORKSHEETS Your journey to wholeness is unique, because your experience of wholeness is unique. Philip has created worksheet questions that arrive with each practice to help you deepen into how the practice specifically resonates for you.

  • JOURNALING PROMPTS Your journey into wholeness is something you actively create – it requires questioning, testing and wondering, and will stir up confusion, too, as the old status quo falls away. To facilitate that personal journey, Philip has created journaling prompts that arrive each week. They are designed to support you in uncovering vital new choice in the patterns of your daily life.

  • HAVE YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED The membership gives you the ability to ask Philip questions about the work, and to engage with other TEPP members.
