So many of us feel disconnected in today's modern culture.  We feel disconnected to ourselves, to our own bodies, we feel disconnected to others and to the world itself.  My work unite's people to the deep intelligence of their bodies, so they can reconnect to their lives, in a new way.

 
 

What it Truly Means to be Present

Our culture is striving to be increasingly present, but we've come to misunderstand what it means to be present.  The body is what feels the world, and the body is necessary to be truly present.  TEPP practices undo cultural patterns and leave you feeling present and grounded.
